Here at Irongate-TMS, we have developed a simple solution at a fraction of the cost of a new smoke detector: Smoke Detector Rain Guards. A plastic disk installed behind the smoke detector directs the water down and stops the Smoke Detector from getting wet. A simple but remarkably effective solution.
